For "PEOPLES' SCHOOL FOR POSITIVE EDUCATION" 20 YEAR ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION Dec 07-17th, 2026

I, the undersigned, am applying to participate in the Ghana Trip which will take place from approximately December 2026 to December 2026 (the "GhanaTrip")

I understand that the GhanaTrip is guided by Motherland Tours. I hereby acknowledge and declare that I am voluntarily traveling on my own and or with friends to Ghana.

I request and consent to participation in the Ghana Trip and acknowledge that I fully understand that my participation may involve unlimited risk of serious injury, illness, kidnapping or death, including losses which may result not only from my own actions, inactions, omissions, or negligence, but also from the actions, inaction, omissions, or negligence of others, including, but not limited to, conditions and circumstances in any and all areas where the Trip is being conducted. I understand that I am participating in the Ghana Trip at my own risk and I further understand that it is my sole responsibility, at my sole discretion, to purchase a travel insurance policy that covers emergency evacuation and sickness prior to departure.

I acknowledge that conditions in Ghana and surrounding countries are far below what I would expect in the United States, United Kingdom or European Union, and most of the Western World. Examples of conditions include but are not limited to physical safety, safety of property, food, water, sanitation, auto travel, military conditions, and availability of medical care. Conditions cannot be, and are not, guaranteed in any measure and I hereby acknowledge that they will be far below what I would expect to be the case in the United States, United Kingdom or European Union (and most parts of the Western World). I understand that we may encounter military and/or civil unrest and that we may be targets of theft, bribery, violence and other undesirable behavior. I voluntarily agree and understand that neither Motherland Tours, nor World Travel Center & Safaris assume any responsibility or liability for these or any other conditions on the Ghana Trip.

Knowing and understanding the risks involved with the participation in the Ghana Trip, I hereby voluntarily and willingly assume full and complete responsibility for all losses and damages, including injury, illness and death, resulting from my participation in the Ghana Trip, including transportation to, from and during the Trip or any activities during the Ghana Trip. I agree I am financially responsible for any losses and damages resulting from my participation in the Ghana Trip.

I certify that I am in good health and have no medical condition preventing my safe participation in this Ghana Trip. I understand and acknowledge that insurance, if any, procured or owned by me will not cover any activities related to the Ghana Trip and will not cover any loss of or injury to me or my property.

The Motherland Tours and World Travel Center & Safaris, Inc., have no responsibilities for any medical and/or dental services, costs or expenses incurred directly or indirectly as a result of my participation in the Ghana Trip, including extra travel expenses that may be incurred in connection with any of these.

I certify that I have obtained insurance that I believe is appropriate and sufficient for the Ghana Trip, including but not limited to, medical insurance (including medical evacuation), trip insurance and/or vehicle insurance.I have not obtained insurance, including but not limited to medical insurance (including medical evacuation), trip insurance and/or vehicle insurance and I am aware of the risks involved in not obtaining such insurance and knowingly and voluntarily accept such risks.

I hereby, on my own behalf and on behalf of my heirs, representatives, administrators, successors and assigns, RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS, INDEMNIFY AND DEFEND MOTHERLAND TOURS and WORLD TRAVEL CENTER & SAFARIS, Inc, and the Facilitators FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, LOSSES, EXPENSES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES), CLAIMS, DEMANDS, DAMAGES, ACTIONS, CAUSES OF ACTION, AND JUDGMENTS of any kind arising out of or in connection with my participation in the Ghana Trip. Furthermore, I hereby expressly waive any and all claims and/or causes of action that I may have against Motherland Tours and World Travel Center & Safaris, Inc. and their successors and/or assigns, and any Group Facilitators arising out of or in connection with my participation in the Ghana Trip and hereby release Motherland Tours and World Travel Center & Safaris, Inc. and any Group Facilitators from all liability in connection therewith.

I expressly understand and agree that this waiver and release agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Washington and that if any portion hereof is held invalid, in full or in part, the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect to the greatest extent permitted by law. Invalidation of any part of this agreement shall not affect the enforceability of any other part of the agreement, all of which shall remain in full force and effect.

I have read this waiver and release agreement and understand the terms used in it and their legal significance. This waiver and release is freely and voluntarily given with the understanding that any right to legal recourse against Motherland Tours and World Travel Center & Safaris, Inc. their heirs, successors, and/or assigns, and the Group

Facilitators is released, surrendered and waived.. I UNDERSTAND THAT I AM GIVING UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING MY RIGHT TO SUE, AND INTEND THIS AGREEMENT BY MY SIGNATURE HEREINBELOW TO BE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY AGAINST Motherland Tours and World Travel Center & Safaris, Inc., THEIR HEIRS, SUCCESSORS, AND/OR ASSIGNS, to the greatest extent allowed under the laws of the State of Washington. My signature on this document is intended to bind not only myself but also my heirs, representatives, administrators, successors and assigns.
